《意外惊喜》

续email辞呈后，HR Manager终于在中午时分播电话给我。她今天放假，麻烦到她真是
不好意思。她好奇我的“突然”，希望我告诉她离开的原因，说老板希望能约在明天吃饭，
当面洽谈。说真的，我感惊讶，轮到我好奇了。

会不会是因为email的内容呢？Hmm。。。

信里分3个step：
第一 - 向老板、人事部主任和两个senior道谢
第二 - 辞职原因
第三 - 交待该交待的事，如还pass card之类的

内容大概如下：

Dear Mr ABC,

It is my pleasure working with XXX team for these 2 days. I thank you for your effort regarding the training and the trust in me to have the potential to become an asset to the company. I thank you for Ms ABC's effiency in terms of issuing the neccesary paperwork to me, and I would also like to thank Ms ABC and Ms CDE in terms of sharing their experience in XXX. Although it is only been 2 days, I have learnt a lot from the team.  

After much consideration, I'm sorry to say that I have decided to forego this great opportunity. Reason being that this 'partnership' will affect my personal plans as it has consumed my personal hours. No doubt to be passionate in our career but there are other things to commit as well in my case. Therefore, I have decided to resign on DATE. I believe there are more things to be explored in this career but I wouldn't want to waste your time.

I'm terribly sorry for the inconveniences.

Will continue to support XXX as a consumer!

内容没什么特别，只是比一般人多个交待而已。你们认为呢？

注：之前遇过的下属，要辞职也不说一声，打电话又不接，什么都没说就人间蒸发了。
      公司最讨厌没交待的员工，至少send个sms也好啊！所以，就算才工作1天，也记得
      要做个交待哦！这是市场礼仪，别怕麻烦，还会让别人另眼相看。
